Projects
Plants that keep generating and facilities that never stop
The group’s track record combines two disciplines: on-site power plants, since 2009, and mission-critical infrastructure, since 1983. Each project is listed with its year, its capacity and the group’s scope.
Power plants
Design, construction and, where applicable, operations
Villa de Reyes, SLP · 2019 · 10 MWPronal
A 10 MW plant for Productora Nacional de Papel, a continuous-process paper mill.

San Luis Potosí · 2018 · 9.5 MWLogistik Industrial Park
Three Jenbacher JMS620 engines on biogas for an industrial park.

Huixquilucan · 2009 · 7.5 MWResidencial Bosque Real
Mexico’s first power self-supply permit for a residential and commercial development.

Celaya · 2015 · 4.8 MWBiotek · Cuadritos Industrial Park
Mexico’s first Green and Sustainable Industrial Park, with its own gas pipeline from PEMEX.

Querétaro · 2014 · 4.2 MWAlestra Green Data Center
The first data center powered by cogeneration in Mexico: 100% of its power and chilled water on site.
See project Bahamas · 2020–2023 · 7 MWBaker's Bay Golf & Ocean Club
A hybrid plant of engines, solar and a 3 MW / 3 MWh BESS, as co-EPC partner.

Cumulative capacity of the group’s plants in Mexico, by start-up year.
Takeaway
This is not a one-off project: the group commissioned a new plant every one to three years between 2014 and 2019, and all five are still running.
For an investor, that is a repeated execution track record.

2,900+ GWh estimated; a third comes from Bosque Real, the oldest plant
Each plant’s share of cumulative energy, from start-up to 2026-10-25.
Takeaway
Bosque Real contributes 33% thanks to its years in operation. Logistik and Pronal, the newest and largest plants, already add up to 39%.
The total grows every year without building anything new: it is energy from assets already in operation.
Estimate: capacity × 8,760 h × 90% availability × years in operation.
